Yellow Fin Sole is named like that because of its golden fins. They grow in coral reef areas between 49 and 70 degrees north latitude. They live longer than ordinary fish because they grow more slowly in an environment with very low water temperatures.
We can mainly find Yellow fin sole in the east of the Bering Sea in the northeast Pacific Ocean and the Gulf of Alaska.
Our raw materials are from the USA and Russia sea frozen with high quality. The catching season is February to April and from September to November. Our main markets are the USA, Japan, Spain, Italy, and France.
