Swordfish is a sea-caught fish, and its size is similar to tuna. These fish are widely in tropical and temperate parts of the Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian Oceans. Our raw materials are mainly from Indonesia and Vietnam. Swordfish is a mild-tasting, white-fleshed fish with a meaty texture. It’s an “easy to eat” fish.
The main markets are Portugal and Spain with HGT (headed, Gutted, Tail-off) for reprocessing. Greece and Ukraine also consume this fish. Steaks and loins are more value-added products. The materials availability and price are up to the original country’s fishing ban season.
