Saithe

Saithe has firm and flaky flesh. Due to its firm texture, the Saithe is easy to handle and rich in flavor. It’s also rich in protein and trace elements including B vitamins, potassium, phosphorus, and iodine. The color of the saithe ranges from greenish-brown to almost black.

Our raw materials are mainly from Norway, Chile, Peru, and Argentina and we export it to Spain, Greece, and Germany.
