Pacific red fish mainly come from the USA and Russia. Pacific Red fish has a light and firm yet flaky texture, and mild and slightly sweet taste. The Atlantic red fish lives in the waters around the Arctic Circle in Iceland. Atlantic red fish is rich in nutrition, fresh meat, containing a variety of amino acids and vitamins. The main markets are Japan, the European Union, and the USA.
