Mahi-mahi is a surface-dwelling ray-fin fish in off-shore temperate, tropical, and subtropical waters around the world. We mostly found them around the Gulf of Mexico, Costa Rica, Hawaii, and the Indian Ocean. Our raw materials are coming from Zhejiang Province in China, Vietnam, Indonesia, and India.
Mahi-mahi is a firm-fleshed fish. It has mild flavor and strong taste. It’s mainly for cooking, marinating or grilling.
The main season for catching is from August to December. Mahi-mahi doesn’t have fish ban season. We export it whole round mainly in USA, Spain, Dominican Republic, and Mexico
