The Japanese flying squid

The Japanese flying squid, Japanese common squid or Pacific flying squid, scientific name Todarodes pacificus. This animal lives in the northern Pacific Ocean, in the area surrounding Japan, along the entire coast of China up to Russia, then spreading across the Bering Strait east towards the southern coast of Alaska and Canada. Giant squid can grow to a tremendous size(one of the largest living organisms ). It is mainly in the waters moving in the central Pacific Ocean. It has developed on a large scale by countries such as Japan and China, with maximum annual output exceeding 200,000 tons.
