We offer full services concerning quality control. We make sure your products are correctly processed, properly loaded, delivered on time, and in suitable condition at arrival.
We conduct a strict quality control by testing the following aspects:
Appearance – Packing – Glazing – Weight – Count – Cooking – Loading
As well we will give you a full report covering all the aspects of the factory (performance, quality certifications, etc…). Our Systemic and efficient QC service is now available for any clients who require a third party commercial inspection for the production, finished products, and loading ( for food only).

there are two ways for removing the ice, one is deglaze and the other one is defrost. Today we will first introduce to you the process of defrost, and deglaze for the next time.
1.Randomly select the products from cold store, open immediately and place the products into a plastic mesh basket.
2.Defreeze the products with flow water (with temperature around 10-15°C).
3.Remove the products from water until the ice glaze that can be seen or felt is removed and the products became soft. During defrosting, it is not allowed touse hands to press the products.
4.Incline the plastic mesh basket at an angle of about 20° to drain the products, until the water not drip in line, then weigh the products.
