Job description:
Search, develop and maintain customers in the countries assigned, update our customer data. Maintain and improve relationships with customers abroad, including daily emails and communication through phone calls.Here are some of the key responsibilities that need to be handled by an export International Sales:
1.Find New Customers by websites, seafood show, client visit etc. and follow well new clients and make them become our existing client.2.Promote General offer to different market ever week.
3.Make phone calls at least 40 per week to different market assigned include to existing client, potential client and new client.
4.Promote the company, general offer through linked in.
5.Attend and plan well the Seafood Show, Business trip to the market assigned.
6.Follow the Trimester Sales objective and yearly sales objective
7.Follow up orders from Beginning as Packing, Prepayment or LC until inspection, loading and delivery
8. Update each step of the order in our Sugar system on time
9. Help the customer resolve the Quality claim about our container
10. Follow the payment which must be on time according the sales contract
11.Send Trimester Review and Plan on time
12. Send Client list or Updated list about Seafood Show on time
13. Send Yearly Report with completed information
Required skills/experience:
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Proficient in Spanish in a professional environment
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Ability to interact successfully across cultures
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Good communication skills (oral and written)
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Negotiation and persuasion skills
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Basic Knowledge about International Business
Education background and experience:
1.Minimum Bachelor Degree.
2.At least 3-5 years of industry/ international sales experience.
